Funding questions

How fast can an owner-operator get working capital?

Commonly same-day to about three business days once a complete file is in front of a funder. The clock is almost never the underwriting itself — it is how long it takes to assemble the file. An owner-operator who has the application signed and the last three months of business bank statements ready can often get a decision the same day.

What actually sets the timeline?

File completeness first, then deposit history. A funder reading three clean months can decide quickly; a file missing a month, or showing deposits that do not reconcile, goes into questions and adds days.

What slows an owner-operator file down most?

Two things: mixing personal and business banking so deposits cannot be separated, and a recent month with several negative days. Neither is automatically disqualifying, but both convert a same-day decision into a conversation.

What counts as a complete file?

A signed application plus the trailing three months of business bank statements. If you are mid-month, funders generally want the three most recently closed months rather than a partial current one.
