Your clients keep asking you for money you can't give them. Send them to us, and you stay informed on every file. Jon Lynch Financial Group is a veteran-owned commercial finance broker in Miami. We work with CPAs, bookkeepers, insurance agents, equipment dealers, POS and merchant-services reps, commercial real estate and business brokers, other brokers and ISOs, and franchise consultants — anyone whose clients show up needing capital they can't provide themselves.
Introduce us to a client and we contact them within one business day, review the file, and present real options — never a guaranteed approval, amount, or rate. If a deal funds, Jon Lynch Financial Group is paid a commission by the funding partner, and referral partners share in that. The exact structure is discussed and agreed with you in writing before any referral goes anywhere. There is never a cost to you or to your client — full stop.
You don't need a license to make an introduction, chase paperwork, or touch underwriting. You keep the relationship; we do the finance work and report back.
Different partners spot the funding gap at a different moment:
| Partner type | What they see | Typical referral moment |
|---|---|---|
| CPAs & bookkeepers | Bank statements and cash flow before anyone else does | Client asks how to cover a shortfall before payroll slips |
| Commercial insurance agents | Renewal conversations and growth plans | Client mentions expansion or new equipment ahead of renewal |
| Equipment dealers & distributors | A signed order with no funding behind it | Buyer wants it, but the bank says no or takes too long |
| POS / merchant-services reps | Daily processing volume and seasonal swings | Volume is strong, yet the merchant flags a cash crunch |
| Commercial real estate & business brokers | Deal terms and buyer financing contingencies | Buyer's financing falls through days before close |
| Other brokers & ISOs | Files outside their own credit box | A decline, or a file they can't place |
| Franchise consultants | Franchise fee and build-out costs | Approved by the franchisor, short on funds to open |
When a deal you referred funds, Jon Lynch Financial Group is paid a commission by the funding partner — not by your client. Referral partners share in that commission. The split is discussed and agreed with you in writing before your first referral goes anywhere, so you know the terms going in, not after a deal closes.
We won't publish a specific percentage or dollar figure here — that's a commercial term set with you directly, not on a webpage. What we can say plainly: there is no cost to you, ever, to refer a client, and no cost to your client, ever, to be referred. You're not buying a lead, and neither is your client.
The clients worth sending our way tend to share four traits:
Below $20,000 a month there's a dedicated program instead, so nobody gets dropped — the file just moves to a different lane.
Your relationship with your client is the asset. We treat it that way.
You referred them because they trust you. We don't spend that trust — that's why you should be careful who you refer to, and why we're careful with what you send us.
No. Making an introduction isn't arranging financing — you're pointing a client toward a resource, not negotiating terms or advising on a deal. You don't need a broker license, a lending license, or any registration to send us a name and a phone number.
You also don't carry a paperwork burden. We collect bank statements and documentation directly from your client. You're not chasing signatures or assembling a file, and you're not part of underwriting — you don't evaluate the deal, price it, or decide on approval. That's our work, not yours.
Every shop has files that don't fit its own box — an industry a funder won't touch this quarter, a file too small or too large for your shelf, a merchant already carrying an advance nobody on your panel wants. Sending those to us doesn't cost you the relationship. It's a second look, not a competing offer, and you stay informed as it moves.
If we can place it, you're compensated like any other referral. If we can't, your client hears that from us directly, and nothing is lost on your end.
