We operate seven products: insurance (Bask), insurance-agent intelligence (Velo), B2B lead data (Forge), merchant-cash-advance underwriting intelligence (Comet), MCA pipeline management (Vault), autonomous trading research (Quorum), and macOS productivity utilities (Sweep).

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Jon Lynch Financial Group ("JLFG", "we") websites and services, including its subsidiaries (JLIG Insurance, JLFT Premium, Velo, Lending by JLFG, Sweep). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally authorized to enter contracts. Business accounts may be created only by authorized representatives.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure + everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions + billing

Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe.
Pricing is shown at jonlynchfinancial.com/pricing. We may change prices with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime via your account or the Stripe billing portal.
No refunds for partial periods. We do not pro-rate.
If payment fails, we retry per Stripe's standard schedule. After repeated failure, access may be restricted.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

Use the Services for illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access (scraping, exploit attempts, credential stuffing)
Resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent
Impersonate JLFG or claim partnership without authorization
Submit fraudulent applications, fake referrals, or misleading merchant information

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Product-specific terms

5.1 JLIG Insurance

JLIG operates as a Florida-licensed insurance producer (License #G295490, NPN 22048330). Quote requests are NOT binding offers of coverage; final policy terms are issued by the carrier. We may receive commission from carriers when you bind coverage.

5.2 Velo

Producer + carrier data is sourced from the FL Department of Financial Services public registry and updated periodically. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate but make no warranty of accuracy or completeness. You may not use the data for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes.

5.3 Lending by JLFG

Lending by JLFG is a workflow tool for licensed brokers. We do not lend money. Funding decisions are made solely by funders. We may receive a commission from funders on closed deals. MCA is a purchase of future receivables, not a loan; check your state's commercial finance disclosure requirements.

5.4 Lending referral partners

Referral partners must register at /refer/register and accept the Referral Agreement, including W-9 attestation. Commissions are paid only on deals JLFG funds. Default rate is 10% of broker commission, subject to mutual adjustment. Referrers MAY NOT represent themselves as JLFG brokers. Disclosure of the referral fee to the merchant is required. 1099-MISC issued for $600+ in annual commission.

5.5 Sweep

Sweep is a desktop application provided AS-IS. You're responsible for backups; we are not liable for files removed at your direction. The app may report anonymous usage telemetry (no PII) for improvement purposes; opt out via Preferences.

5.6 JLFT Premium

JLFT Premium is currently an internal-only API. Public API access may become available later with separate API terms.

6. Intellectual property

JLFG owns the Services + all content (excluding user-submitted content). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. User-submitted content remains yours, but you grant JLFG a license to use it to provide the Services.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JLFG DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, TAX, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE. CONSULT YOUR OWN PROFESSIONALS.

Insurance products are subject to underwriting; we do not guarantee coverage.

MCA deals are subject to funder approval; we do not guarantee funding.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JLFG'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE FEES YOU PAID JLFG IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. JLFG IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify JLFG against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Termination doesn't waive accrued obligations (payment, indemnity).

11. Governing law + disputes

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Florida, USA, except where prohibited by law. EU consumers may also file complaints with their local consumer protection authority.

12. Changes

We may change these Terms with notice on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
