FAQ

Where does the data come from?

FL Sunbiz (corporate filings + UCC-1 SFTP feed, free public records), FL DBPR (license search), FL DOR (sales tax permits), FL DEO (WARN notices), county property appraisers (free CSVs), FMCSA SAFER (federal trucking), SBA loan data (PPP/EIDL). All sourced from public records. Enrichment via Apollo, Hunter, and operator-validated skip-trace.

Is this legal? What about TCPA / CAN-SPAM?

The data we sell is sourced entirely from public records. Your obligation as the BUYER is to comply with TCPA (when calling/texting), CAN-SPAM (when emailing), and any other applicable laws. We provide a downloadable list; you do the outreach. Our Terms of Service requires buyer attestation of compliance.

How is this different from Apollo / ZoomInfo?

They're the contact database. We're the FL-specialty signal layer on top. If your sales team sells to FL businesses, Apollo gives you the contact, we tell you "this business just had a UCC-1 lien filed, is overdue for license renewal, and has a $250K annual sales tax permit." Bring your Apollo list; we'll add the signals.

What's the match rate on Enrichment-as-a-Service?

30-60% typical, depending on cohort. If you upload general US business contacts, expect ~30% match (only your FL subset matches). If you upload a list pre-filtered to FL, expect 50-60%+. Try the 100-row free trial before committing.

Who built this and why should I trust the data?

JLFG is operated by Jonathan Lynch — Florida 2-15 licensed insurance producer (NPN 22048330, FL G295490), SDVOSB-certified veteran, active MCA brokerage operator. LeadGen Engine was built first for our own internal use (MerchantPulse + myMCADesk + Jon Lynch Insurance Group). We're now opening it to peers and customers who need the same FL depth.

What if I need a state besides FL?

EaaS (enrichment) is national today — upload US-wide; we match what we can. FL has the deepest signal coverage; FMCSA DOT is nationwide; other state signals expanding.

LGaaS (pre-built lists) is FL today, with TX, NY, NJ, GA on the 2026 roadmap.

AaaS (custom lists) is any-state today — non-FL states carry a +$500 data surcharge to cover acquisition. Email for a quote.

Multi-state compliance — how does that work?

All our source data is public records (Sec-of-State filings, license registries, federal SAFER, SBA loan data). Buyer's outreach obligations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state-specific consumer-data laws like CCPA) are pushed to the buyer via our Terms of Service — we provide the data, buyer is the data controller. We track state-by-state law changes via IAPP and update ToS when a new state law shifts B2B scope.

How do I get help / sales contact?

Email [email protected] or call (786) 777-8869. We respond to enrichment-as-a-service trials within 1 business day.
